I downloaded the program and I observed the same problem. I made it play
against my experimental two games (10min 0s inc) and Queen lost both on time
around move 30. The first game was a pitty because it was spanking my program.
At one point, my program used 2-3 minutes and Queen 8 minutes, quite early
in the game.
BTW, Time control is really tougher than I thought. It took me a couple of weeks
to finally find an "just ok" scheme...
