I guess that all programs find it after enough time.

Deep Fritz(p800 64 mbytes hash) found Rxc6 in 25 seconds
The score after 86 seconds is +1.91 for white at depth 18.

Junior5 can also find it
It only needs more time for it

The scor at depth 19 is 0.00 and it wants to play Ra2 but it fails high at this
depth on Rxc6 after 5:10 on p800

It solves the fail high after 5:51 with score +0.55

Junior5 fails high again on Rxc6 at depth 21 after 6:55 with score of 0.85

Junior6 has a smaller evaluation of pawns so I will not be surprised to hear
that it needs more time but I will be surprised if it cannot solve it in an
hour.
