Its clear that some/most programs dont understand to evaluate the position. But it (the position) is so bad that white is simply winning. the move 30. a5 is winning, but so it would seem does 30. Rxc6 dxc6 31. a5 and in the game continuation maybe 30. a5 bxa5 and then 31. Rxc6 avoiding the defence (insufficient as it is) 31 Kxc5 Rc8. The position is nothing special, really. The only issue is that the advantage that white has, is purely dynamic and an example of trapped pieces (in this case the black kingside rook).I have similar examples in my own games both against humans and machines. There are even more horrible examples of misevaluation, some presented by others at this forum at earlier times. regards Dan Andersson
