It's because of the lack of support for Auto232.  Yes, it is possible to
implement a winboard auto232 in chessmaster, however, that is buggy, it won't
accept any pawn promotions.  Until a fix to the winboard auto232 comes out or a
patch to support auto232 in chessmaster, I guess that the only option left is to
manually play out the games. Ugh!!!
