I downloaded the patch unzipped to a directory c:\programfiles\chessbase\Fritz6e clicked on the setup icon in the directory Fritz6e clicked the repair option as stated at chessbase the new engine installed to my Chessbase\engines folder engine dated 12/16/00. Once installed Fritz never even asked for the F6 disc when I ran the new engine. I would like to hear something from Chessbase on what this patch actually fixes. Sarah.
