From what I know it was started by the account Chessbeta followed by Evilsilicon
and Val-vipp now Valheru seems also to have taken to doing it.

Tiger seems to repeat the same games over and over. Even as white Tiger is
getting slayed by either 1 d4 or 1 e4....1.b6.

One way for Tiger owners to avoid it seems to be using Gambit as it won't play
the same moves as Tiger though I'm sure also that moves could be found to also
get Gambit.
