Hi to all! All are waiting for Freeboard! but it is possible for freeboard that accept the ways of notation (SAN and coordenates)? Because not all the engines have SAN notation..really a few engines implement this way. Then if you want to make not only a "Crafty GUI", well..is time to think how to accept the two ways. Moreover, theres another problems with engines that needs parameters in command line (AnMon, TCB, Phalanx, Gandalf, Nejmet, Green Light Chess,etc.) and others who need others parameters from the GUI (like Francesca who needs -reuse /-reuse2, for to play engine-engine match. The last GUIs dont preet atention to this little details but the users yes. Could Freeboard project make the GUI that we are waiting? I hope yes.. Best regards Carlos Pesce
