Hello Gordon

Yes but send and recieve within the cable has to be crossed (X). These kind of
cable you cant use to connect a modem to your computer!!!!

I assume you are using CB-GUI (F6) there are two possible reasons for this.
1. You have to put the path of the tablebases in the CHSSBASE.ini in your
windows directory. How to do this is explained in the Help within F6.
2. You have to install all of the delivered Tablebases. If you only install the
4 piece TBS F6 will not work. On the CD are three 5 piece TBS which have to be
installed also!!! In other words: If F6 only finds 4 piece TBS it will not
work!!

YES!! S5 works fine even without a book or any TBS. it just gives a warning that
it is not on optimal settings.

Hmm. Rebel Century will not work without additional software AFAIK. But if you
use the additional software RC3 will somehow hurt by the Autoplayer software and
lose some (or a lot, depending on the point of view) strength. I dont know
CM8000. The rest should be fine!

Bye Ingo
