Thanks Fernando, and all who have given suggestions!
I'm hoping this will help others as well as myself.
My CD version of Fritz6 is dated Sept. 23, 2000 so I doubt the patch will make
any significant changes in my case. However, I can't be sure as ChessBase has'nt
been very helpful in answering my questions!
Also, if they have a patch download at their site to upgrade everyone who has
Fritz6, it should be simple to apply and certainly NOT different from their
instructions! They should recognize this and either explain properly how to
apply the patch or simply redo the patch as an easy self installing programm!
