Subject: Any recommendations on a good PGN editor?

Hello to all,

  I am looking for a PGN editor that will enable me to combine several pgn
databases, weed out the doubles and most importantly support most if not all of
the PGN tags including title, time control used. I think Monarch can do it but I
am not sure. Thanks for your time.
