If we can, then how come its performance is not so great at all? It is not uncommon for _any_ engine to have one 'nemesis' that gives it great trouble. IE program A may stomp B, C, D, E and F, but have great trouble with G. And yet everybody else does quite well against G. This intransitivity is just a part of computer chess...
