It works pretty good doesn't it? I must have stumbled on the right trick if that's what you've been using. Earlier today, I took a game between Nimzowitsch and Alekhine, and had SAN spit out an epd file for me, and I started running it through Crafty with epdpfga, then I stopped it and decided to id each position with the # and move that was made in the game, then I'll throw out the first ten moves in the epd and run it. I just downloaded the Alekhine pgn today, I no longer have a collection. The man seemed to love playing in the middle of clutter. I had forgotten how insane his games are.
