The development team very much wants to solve this as quickly as possible, but they are unable to repeat it, and they have tried to do so on many different systems. I have not, as of yet, found any correlation between the computers that this is happening on, so some detective work by you folks (since you are all more computer savvy than the average user) would be incredibly useful. jm
