thunderbird 1100 (approx. 31649-32000 NPS):
d9  9s   +0.27   d4
d10 38s  +0.33   d4
d11 139s +0.23   d4
d11 353s +0.39   e4

duron 950 (approx. 24000 NPS)
d9  12s   +0.27   d4
d10 52s  +0.33   d4
d11 196s +0.23   d4
d11 480s +0.39   e4

480/353 = 1.359
                * 950 = 1291.78

this means the bigger cache helps cstal to
make it as fast as running on a duron 1291 mhz.

IMO this is not much.
so buying a duron instead a thunderbird would be the better
alternative, even for cstal.
with old k6-3 and k6-2 it was different.

cstal running on a k6-3 was over twice as fast as the k6-2
with the same speed.
