I have just tested it and can confirm there is a problem. The problem is not
book being corrupt but it has something to do with the permanent brain.
It seems to happen when after being out of the book it comes back in the book.
Workaround for the moment is to just let the engine calculate (Ctrl+C) , then
take back the extra move it made for the other color, then adjust the player
settings.

Thanks for reporting it.
