I talked to the author Jochen Peussner this year: I told me, that he is
working on Neurologic since 5 years. It uses no neural network, but only
classical alpha-beta-technic with extensions.
Jochen himself called his program as "fast (in the tournament about
120.000 positions on Pentium II-300), but stupid".
