Very common complaint, no doubt. Srange enough it seems not reproducable at different PC's; as a matter of fact the program asked me once to insert the CD for the check when I patched it with the most recent update, and never did again. It seems ChessBase has some work to do on that copy protection scheme. For me a new install (or a patch) means wrestling with my DGT_board every time. It takes some time to respond properly and after that I never have problems again. It seems the new Fritz GUI features and files have to get acquiainted with my DGT-board. That is _not_ possible of course, but the Windows environment keeps me walking the globe with my mouth wide open in amazement. Day after day. Jeroen ;-}
