No idea, but it has happened to me more times than I care to remember. Sometimes after installing an update, others after exiting the program and loading it immediately after. Inserting the CD when Fritz asked for it usually worked, but when it didn't I had to uninstall and reinstall. Not very civilized, but it solved the problem. Enrique >Thanks, > >Francois Bertin
