"DarkThought" (http://supertech.lcs.mit.edu/~heinz/dt/) agrees with
you and gives 35. Rxc6 in its PV at iteration #15.

It switches to Qxe3 in iteration #14 after roughly 7 min and scores
the move as -0.26 for White.

"DarkThought" scores fxe3 as decidedly negative for White in
iteration #14 before it switches to Qxe3.
