I don't think they will any higher quality of chess as compared to pure
human endeavor and this concept if it becomes popular will in the next
2-3 years will prove to be a Trojan horse which will eventually result
in the stagnation and deterioration of human chess skills. I don't think
that the ELO of this Cyborg will be better than the ELO of either human
or computer as there is nothing to prevent the humans from adopting the
worst of both worlds rather than the best.
