Your solution is absolutely correct!! Nice to see all these stats. You do some aggressive extending! I checked mine and it only visits 6836 nodes total, and finds it at ply 1. But this with special extension settings (full ply extend on check/onerep), and hash off. The sad thing is that when I try it with hash on, mine says it's a mate in 32!! Now is that a bug or a feature ;?) At the moment I'm really wrestling to get my Mate/Hash problem right ... also have a problem combining Hash/EgtbMates; my only consolation is that I saw a few other posts on the subject the last couple of days, so I'm not the only one ...
