I tried ICC and I didnt think it was all that great.  In yahoo you can come up
against powerful programs and setups (typical is now AMD 1.1, 256mb).  True, the
most prevelant programs are Fritz6, but you still encounter the occassional
Junior6, tiger 13, gambit tiger as well as chessmaster8000; including Shredder
4.  Shredder 5 is the only program I have  yet to encounter in yahoo.

All for free.   Can't beat that.
