If someone has paid a small sum of money they will be a bit less prone to act in such a way as to be removed. If you can get on for nothing, whinging twit behavior is without restraint. And since there is no fee, even if you get kicked off, you can just come back under an alias since there are literally dozens of free email accounts to be had.
