Hello,

I managed to read the dutch of course. In short i'm shocked the
Itanium is doing so bad on TSCP, because in the specs of the
'merced' processor it should theoretical hardly have branch
misprediction penalties as it would read both paths (if branch
evaluates to wrong is getting read as well as branch evaluates to
true is getting read).

So i'm amazed that Itanium relatively is doing so bad on IA-32
instructions.
