I think the GUI had sometimes problems, when my engine resigned. Also, it can send new, while the engine ponders (because the user want's to start a new game). This does not happen in Winboard/Xboard, and so some engines might not be prepared to handle new while pondering. I guess, that these small problems will be solved in the next release.
