I wouldn't say I'm phobic about it.

I think cheating is fairly common. There are not many humans who
can get a positive score in blitz against a decent program on
a reasonably fast machine. Arasan is far from a top program but
it has a plus score against several IMs. So I am always a
little surprised when someone outplays it. I'm not usually
suspicious unless they start beating it all the time, without
being a GM or a computer account.
