This is true to a point.  But the "WT" factor still is present on ICC.  It is
amazing how many daddies (and mommies) in the world will fork over 50 bucks to
keep "junior" amused.  Without knowing what "junior" is doing.  And since it
really isn't "junior's" money, the inhibitions are absent.

Not as bad as free servers to be sure.  But still annoying...
