For checkmate EPD files for various depths, look here:

In particular, the file:
ftp://cap.connx.com/pub/chest/Deepmates.epd

has (not surprisingly) deep mates.  Most of them require tablebase files, but
some are brute force cruchers with many pieces still on the board.  You can tell
which is which by looking at the acn field.
