I didn't mean to imply you "cooked" anything.  But I have been running
3 100 game matches today, and the results are startling.  As an aside,
I have played 16 100 game matches today with crafty with 2 cpus vs
an identical crafty with 2 cpus.  Each match ends in a wildly different
total...

I can't imagine how you can get the same 20-game result twice in a row.
I can't even get the same side to win two consecutive matches.
