Some friends of mine measured 127 FritzMarks = 225 kN/s for the short test and 150 FritzMarks = 248 kN/s for the long test on a 233MHz AMD K6 with 44MB hash tables under Windows NT 4.0. The Chessbase people report 139 FritzMarks = 240 kN/s on a 233MHz Intel P5-MMX with 32MB hash tables but do not say if this number relates to the long or the short test. Anyway, the K6 seems to be comparable in FritzMarks to the P5-MMX at equal clock speeds. =Ernst=
