By the names in white and black tag fields. There is not any way that I know of to easily identify PGN chess games as being from computer verses humans etc. This is further complicated by computer chess games named "Morphy", "Fischer", "Kasparov", etc. Often you can tell by the event date or the opponent that "Morphy" (for instance) is not Paul Morphy but [rather] computer program Morphy.
