I have all the 4 piece tablebases in the harddisk and I have also some 5 piece tablebase(not exactly the tablebases in the turbo CD(I do not have the turbo CD) but only some tablebases that I copied from the tablebases of Hiarcs7.32 CD to the harddisk, some tablebases that I generated by the tb generator and some tablebases that I copied to the hard disk from the tablebases that I got together with the Shredder5 CD. > >Also read this page, when I didn't have the TB's on HD yet for proper reference >to the diverse TB's: http://www.chessbaseusa.com/T-NOTES/042300.htm I do not expect Deep Fritz to read tablebases from the CD and from the hard disk at the same time so I do not think that it is relevant. Hiarcs7.32 and Crafty have no problem to use the tablebases and I see no reason for Deep Fritz to refuse to use the same tablebases. Uri
