You are right. A simple workaround may be to type at the DOS prompt in the TB directory for %tb in (*.emd) do echo datacomp t %tb >> checkall.bat and then substitute all "EMD" with "emd >> report.txt" in checkall.bat with an editor, and after this run the batch. After this read report.txt. I guess, you are allready aware of this or even better methods, but it may be of some use for other readers. Regards, Dieter
