If you only have 1 brush (no SMP programs) you won't notice any difference. If you have n brushes (SMP program) and 1 person helps you (2 processor machine) and the other person is attending the telephone (1 processor doing other tasks) you'll still be faster than if you're alone, but not much faster :) Hope this clarifies.
