some missing Amateur programs:

- Bambam (Werner Inmann)
- Quark (Thomas Mayer)
- Monsoon (Scott Gasch)
- Chester

spelling: "Nimzo" instead "Nizmo", author Dr. Christian Donninger

"Diep" should be in the "commercial" section.

Is "Stobor" a commercial program?
