  Ok, give some time to figure what would someone without VB need, I mean, VB
uses a lot of libraries, which are all included in the install file. That's why
the exe alone wouldn't work at all.
  When I build a package with all that libraries, I'll email it to you. If it
works, I'll put it in my web for anyone can download it.
