Yes, I can beat every top program at least once, it may take me 100 games, but it is possible. Yet, it does not make me a GM just because I beat a top computer once. GMs sometimes lose a game to a lower rated player in simultaneous displays. So, it is possible, one just need to know the weakness of the chess engine and exploit that weakness.
