Hi 2u2!

I found about the same as Dann, a mate in 12, slightly different line tho:

00:49 WM12 08 1. hxg8=N+ Qxg8 2. Nxg8+ Kh7 3. Nexf6+ Qexf6 4. Nxf6+ Qxf6 5. Qg8+
Kh6 6. Qxg6+ Nxg6 7. Rxh5+ Bxh5 8. Qxg6+ Qxg6 9. Bxf4+ Qg5 10. Nf5+ Kg6 11.
Qxg7+ Kxf5 12. Qe4x

It sure looks nice, and the knight promotion at the start is a great finishing
touch! :)

The next famous position is from the game Lasker,E - Thomas, don't know the
exact year, but it must have been in the first half of the previous century:

[D]rn3rk1/pbppq1pp/1p2pb2/4N2Q/3PN3/3B4/PPP2PPP/R3K2R w KQ -

White to mate in 7 moves. The KQ at the end of the line means that White can
still castle to both sides. Hope it isn't too easy!

Groetjes,
Paul
