The King's Gambit is fun to play, but black's g5 really takes the fun out of the opening if the opponent knows it well. With a computer against a human, all you really have is a nice tactical position that only very strong humans could defend against a machine. The Goring Gambit is similarly entertaining: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. c3 dxc3 5. Nxc3. A human will often crack very easily against a machine in this opening. It is of course a lot of fun to play yourself as white.
