In my opinion, NO programs should be set to resign when playing the Tiger
programs.  I have seen Tiger draw with a +10 score.  I have seen Tiger draw with
+5 scores many times.  As long as it does not have tablebases it should be made
to prove it can win the endgames.  If you want accurate scores in tournaments
then you must let them play it out.
