It depends on where the knight is lost.  If it takes over 10 moves or so
to win it, then it is winnable.  I would suspect that white is going to
win the knight, and leave the pawn.  Then he can force black to push the
pawn to reset the 50 move counter and have no trouble winning without running
into the 50 move rule...
