Personally, I do *not* like the new time controls, but there are 2 reasons for
*not* signing this:

1) If the idea works bady, it will die of its own accord and if it works well,
then great. Either way, there is no reason to sign it unless you are afraid it
will work. This is actually a valid reason though a selfish one. You are afraid
it will work for the better for most, but badly from your own personal point of
view. To me, if it works better for most, then it will be better for chess.

2) I prefer to try out ideas (if you can afford to) rather than kill them
without trying them out. Sometimes you are pleasantly surprised.
