Subject: cannot enter chess.net (1/2 off-topic)

I am having major problems entering chess.net   I cannot even get to the site
www.chess.net   There are no errors I know about and it doesn't say anything
about connection problems.  What software do I need for "Chess.net for Windows
LITE" and how can I deal with the current problems? (I will try to connect using
Rebel Tiger.)

This message is off-topic because it has little to do with computer chess.
