You have my vote. But first, please...just let me finish downloading an
important patch I've been anxiously awaiting...heh heh!

There is nothing so delightful as the software developer that listens very
carefully to his consumers (be they ever so insignificant a part of the market
base)--especially when he adopts or promotes useful suggestions in real time.

'The customer is always right' is an important business truth; no less important
is that a developer openly acknowledges this truism, accepts criticism of his
product with extreme candor and grace, and proves by his actions that he cares.

With such concern for the consumers, your bestselling product may remain so for
a long, long time. Having a No. 1 chess rating pales by comparison with great
customer service and value-packed features that work wonderfully and satisfy the
consumers by providing useful and timesaving information [no pun intended, :) ].

A hearty thanks to you, John Merlino, for this improvement and all other
bugfixes and improvements you and your team have been instrumental in
accomplishing!

By the way, when is the next Presidential election?
