It is possible to set this time control in Chess Assistant 5 and 6, which
support Tiger 12, Tiger 13 (CA6 only), Tiger Gambit (CA6 only), Winboard
engines, and the Millenium Chess System engines such as Shredder 4, Shredder 5
(CA6 only), Zarkov 5, etc.
