I asked about that in the Israeli league(Rebel did not support 2 hours/40 moves+1 hour/game time control and I used average 2:45 in the first 40 moves and after it I had to adjust the clock manually based on the digital clock by Ed instructions). I was told that I have the right to change the times by the instructions that I get if I tell the instructions before the game. Uri
