John - This is what real customer service is all about. By listening to your customers and following up on their requests ( I have seen 2 in 24 hours ) you are ensuring great customer loyalty. Will there be a forum for CM users to request what they would want to get from CM9000. This would be taking your customer services values a stage higher. I look forward to the Cm8000 patch. And I can't wait to see the new capabilities of CM9000 Excellent work! Scott
