Go up one level in this thread

against what mhz and what prog. i have gambit tiger with 1 gig processor
and 384 megs ram, it is very strong, but it has wins and losses. there are so
many gamers out there with big mhz now and lots of ram. the latest programs are
everywhere, and these guys know how to use their programs. it seems that most of
these top programs with big mhz are all GM level. but why do you ask, for your
personal study or to play online. 750 is antique now, lots of 1.5 pentiums, and
1.2 t-birds out there, and these are running cool at 1330 mhz. and if anyone
tells you that size doesnt matter-----with a top program------size is
everything. if your buying, wait on the 1500 mhz t-bird, with the new 266 ddr
motherboard. or the new dual amd mb will be out soon. with deep fritz, the dual
amd 1500 mhz board should hit 2550 kns. roughly speaking, it is rough staying
on top at the game sites. but---who wants to do that anyway, we are all bowlers
right.
