Subject: Once again...Where did all the girls go? OT

Dear CCC,

Are we just too abrupt here at CCC and GCF for any girls to keep posting.  Maybe
we just emphasize the pugilistic and combative nature of chess too much.
Perhaps computer chess is too analytical.  Ah, where is Kathe Spracklen and
girls like her?  Or is there another reason [see below].?

This is like any other endeavor in life.  I think the ladies are too smart to
keep enjoying the pain of losing against insurmountable odds.  Chess computers
are getting too damned "smart".  Only guys are stupid enough to "Take the hill
at all costs".
