Well it looks as though allot more effort is being put into making the customer happy. Apart from a few glaring errors with the program, I think it pretty good that these things are happening. It is a more welcome return than the past when emails sent to the Chessmaster were met with either no replies or one saying the chessmaster loves you and had taken your info on board (so to speak) Some more of this kind of stuff will bring even some more people into the fold. Tell them to keep it up John
